Kim Bailey - Owner/Director

Ms. Kim Bailey is the owner and director of Little Rainbow's Learning Center Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. She has served in various roles throughout her career, including both classroom teacher and program director. A proud graduate of Santa Fe College, Ms. Bailey earned her Associate of Science degree in Child Development with high honors.

Her deep knowledge of child development, combined with decades of hands-on experience, has allowed her to build a thriving childcare center known for excellence. Under her leadership, Little Rainbow’s Learning Center is staffed with highly qualified professionals and equipped with top-tier resources—reflecting her commitment to providing the highest standard of care and education.
